Those that know me, know that I tend to be on the frugal side. I like to get the best deal on …well everything! And with a daughter in college and a home that needs some tlc and improvements, I save wherever I can. When we do our taxes it’s always an eye opener as we go through our finances, because we have a better idea of where we are spending our money throughout the year. We typically end up owing (insert sad face here), but knowing that we’re doing our best to stretch our dollars with things like our Lowest Priced Unlimited Plans from Walmart Family Mobile, makes writing that check in April a bit more tolerable.
Oh but the things I would do if I did get a tax refund!
We’ve actually done a lot in our home to update it over the last year and a half that we’ve lived in it, but man with a tax refund…I could give the 1980’s their stuff back.
Of course there is always the lure of using a tax refund for a vacation…
But in all honesty, every penny we save, whether it’s because we get it back as a refund or because we save on things like our Unlimited Talk Text and Data/Web mobile phone plan from Walmart Family Mobile, is being invested in the future.
And I’m okay with that 🙂 (We’re kind of hoping she might be our retirement plan when she develops a best selling app and then sells it for millions to some huge company…hey, a girl can dream right?!)
In the meantime, this year’s taxes are a job for coffee and Walmart Family Mobile. I can access everything I need to fill out my Schedule C from the ZTE ZMAX phone (which is just $179!) and my Walmart Best Plan. BONUS: I can hang out at the coffee shop while I do it!
On the subject of saving, the Walmart Family Mobile service is $29.88/month (for the first line)* with Unlimited Talk, Text & Data service plan which includes up to 500MB of 4G LTE data. <– Yes LTE!! And they have a great selection of affordable phones to choose from. I already mentioned the ZTE ZMAX (pictured in these photos), which is a super price for a phablet, but if you’re really watching your pennies, the ZTE Zinger has a new price of only….$19.84 (was $39.88)!! That’s crazy low! Think of all the ways you could #MaxYourTax refund even further with the savings that Walmart Family Mobile gives.
