The elves at Chicken Soup for the Soul have done it again, with a fabulous collection of Christmas stories filled with all the joy, wonder, and inspiration of my favorite holiday!

I loved sitting with a cup of coffee, the Christmas tree lights twinkling while reading the stories in this book.  I tried to read a couple of every day, when I had a spare moment and was delighted with other’s family memories of Christmases past.

The stories are beautiful, creative and festive, each as unique as the author who penned it.  Some are adorable with a cute holiday twist, others just spread the Christmas spirit with a simplistic breath of fresh air.

But either way whether the words in the story are simple, funny, extensive or elaborate, altogether they are like the shiny red bow on the top of a package that you’re just waiting to open on Christmas morning.
