Announcing Plentils!

Enjoy Life is proud to announce the launch of a brand new line of products (and their very first salty snack!) – Plentils! Plentils are crunchy lentil chips, available in four fantastic flavors; Light Sea Salt, Margherita Pizza, Garlic & Parmesan, and Dill & Sour Cream.

Plentils have a distinct texture to them that is hard to describe, they’re ‘puffy’ for lack of a better term. They still have that satisfying crunch of a potato chip though (but have 40% less fat than the leading potato chip) – making them a healthy snack and suitable for everyone since they are free of the 8 most common allergens.

As their brand indicates, Enjoy Life Foods, allows you to do just that. No worrying over label reading – just dig in and enjoy. I admit that the Light Sea Salt flavor was my favorite, I pretty much ate that sample bag all by myself…wasn’t that selfish of me?! The few pieces that my husband got he seemed to like too…

After trying them all, my opinion is that Plentils make a great snack – although it may take a few handfuls to get used to the texture.
