A Summer Salad Dressing the Low-Sugar Way & Giveaway

I made this Raspberry Mustard Vinaigrette, from the Nectresse website, to pour over my salad the other day.  It’s a tangy dressing that goes perfectly with chicken and grilled vegetables too.

Raspberry Mustard Vinaigrette

Serves: 9 (1 cup of dressing)
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Chill Time: 30 minutes

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
4 teaspoons NECTREESE™ Natural No Calorie Sweetener
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard*
1 tablespoon seedless raspberry jam
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper*

* I chose to use a coarse ground Dijon mustard and left out the pepper.


1. Whisk together all ingredients.  Or shake them up in a blending cup.

2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
