So my cousin made these sundaes and posted them on Facebook. She proclaimed them as perhaps the best dessert she has ever made! Oh my word!!! I asked her how she made them and if I could rip off her photo.
Salted Caramel Popcorn Pretzel Sundaes

Ingredients
Vanilla Ice Cream
Popped Popcorn
Pretzels
Cashews
Fine Sea Salt
Basic Caramel Sauce
Basic Caramel Sauce
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
For Basic Caramel Sauce:
Melt butter in a non stick pan over medium heat. Mix in sugar, sryup and salt. Stir constantly and bring to a boil. Once boiling continue to let it boil for about 4 minuteswithout stirring. Remove from element and mix in the vanilla and baking soda.
To Assemble:
In sundae glasses spoon two scoops of the ice cream. Top with cashews, popcorn and pretzels. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the ingredients in the glasses. Add a pinch of sea salt over the top of everything.
