Time to Redecorate the House! My Nebraska Furniture Mart Wish List

Big shout out to NFM who is gifting me with a gift card to go shopping as a thank you for sharing my #NFMWishlist with you all.

So if you remember back in January I had the chance to get a sneak peek of the new Nebraska Furniture Mart that is opening soon in North Texas.

While the store wasn’t completely done yet, I was already ticking things off my list of items I wanted to redecorate our home.  

We really need a living room makeover and I’ve had my eye on some new pieces of furniture for that room.

I have always wanted a chaise lounge.  The idea of winter nights curled up on that with a good book or movie on the TV and the fireplace roaring in front of me, ahhhh that’s what I’m talking about!  My problem…my husband!  Man that guy is SO picky!  But I think we finally found a couple of pieces that we agreed on at NFM, and I can’t wait to see them in person, lay out on the chaise to see how comfy it really is…and they buy them!

So this is what is on our NFM Wish List for seating:

Of course if we get new couches we need new tables too, right?!  

When we got married we purchased a lift-top coffee table.  We love that thing.  It’s awesome for crafts and paper work and yes, even eating (I won’t lie we do quite a bit of that in front of the TV).  After 20 years though that coffee table has seen plenty of wear, between four moves and a lot of use, it’s time to replace it, and we don’t want to do without our lift-top.  I was SO excited when I found this table set at NFM.

It even has a matching sofa table that will fit perfectly in our front hall!

We also need a new ceiling fan and I’m kind of leaning toward this one.

I’ve got to admit if we’re going all out with this, I really want to replace our carpet too, lol!  But that’s a little tougher to choose.
