Here’s an easy recipe that your kids could make on their own in the kitchen, with just some supervision. It tastes a bit like an orange creamsicle.

Orange Juice Smoothies
Ingredients:
2 cups of Orange Juice
1 cup Ice Cubes
1/3 cup Nonfat Milk
1/3 cup Honey
2 tbsp. Vanilla Frozen Yogurt (or Ice Cream)
Combine all ingredients in a blender for about 45 seconds. Makes 2 servings…or one large one!
