Like Sleeping on a Cloud

I know everyone goes about gift giving during the holidays differently. Some families set a dollar limit, others choose to buy a lot of little gifts for the joy of opening, and still others do one big gift for the whole family. When money is tight and a big purchase is in order, sometimes that ends up being the gift, like it or not.

This past spring after checking our aches and pains my husband and I decided to outlay some money and get a tempurpedic cloud supreme mattress. Best. Purchase. Ever. Seriously, I would totally have been thrilled to have had this as a Christmas gift.

It’s a wonderful mattress to stretch out and lay down on, especially on those days when you’ve been on your feet from morning to night. You know how it is — baking, school programs, getting ready for guests, cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping — around the holidays we all get so busy and frazzled.

We just came back from visiting family for a few days, and my sister was kind enough to put us up for 4 nights. It’s always fun to see my nephews and nieces, parents and siblings. But quite honestly after driving there and back and sleeping in a different bed, I can’t wait to get back to my tempurpedic mattress and get a good night’s sleep!
