Country Time Lemonade has been quenching summer thirsts for a long time. This summer they’re doing what the golfers do and switching it up a bit. Half lemonade, half iced tea. It’s called Country Time Half & Half.
I wanted to do something different with this besides just mix it up and put it in a pitcher, so I did some looking on Kraft’s website to find a recipe to use it with and took the basic JELL-O Spritzer recipe and used this product with it. Can I say truly delicious?!
Lemon Iced Tea JELL-O Spritzer
1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Lemon JELL-O Gelatin
2 cups cold water
1 qt. Country Time Half & Half, mixed and chilled

STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 min. until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
BREAK gelatin into small flakes with fork. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the gelatin into each of 7 (8-oz.) glasses.

Pour about 1/2 cup of the cold beverage over gelatin in each glass.

SERVE with straw to sip gelatin pieces and beverage.
*I was provided the Country Time Half & Half from Kraft Foods to sample. I was under no obligation to write a post including them. All opinions are my own.
