Kraft Fresh Take Italian Parmesan

Ahhh, summer time—always the best time of the year. But, it can also be one of the most hectic for anyone answering to the name of M-O-M. With summer break from school work and long sunny days, sometimes it’s a struggle to keep meal options creative and entertaining without spending hours of prep time in the kitchen. Oh and with school soon on the horizon, there will be a whole host of other things keeping you out of the kitchen!

KRAFT Fresh Take wants to help you make something amazing and keep dinner time interesting with their convenient options, which provide you with a simple platform to create tasty meals while still saving time. Found in the dairy aisle, this simple meal kit consists of a cheese and breadcrumb mixture that gives you flavorful, crisp and cheesy dishes with only 5 minutes of prep time. KRAFT Fresh Take comes in six flavor varieties including: Southwest Three Cheese, Savory Four Cheese, Rosemary and Roasted Garlic, Italian Parmesan, Chili Lime and Panko, and Cheddar Jack and Bacon.

So I want to show you how easy it is to mix up your culinary skills with KRAFT Fresh Take. I went to the KRAFT Fresh Take Website, inspired by one of their recipes, which by using prepared items and the Italian Parmesan Fresh Take variety, took me almost no time at all to make.

CRISPY STUFFED SHELLS

INGREDIENTS
3 cups of spaghetti sauce (divided)
15 oz of Ricotta Cheese
12 oz. of cooked, diced chicken breast
1 pkg. FRESH TAKE Italian Parmesan Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
1 tsp. Good Seasons Italian Salad & Recipe Mix
20 cooked jumbo pasta shells

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spread half of the spaghetti sauce into a 9×13 baking dish.

Mix ricotta cheese, Good Seasons, Chicken and 1 cup of the FRESH TAKE together. Stuff the mixture into the cooked pasta shells, and place them in the baking dish.

Pour the rest of the spaghetti sauce on top of the pasta, and cover the dish with foil.

Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and sprinkle the rest of the FRESH TAKE on top of the sauce topped shells. Place back in the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 20 minutes.

  1. Pasta is my easy go-to. It can be any shape with olive oil, garlic, cheeses, and whatever meat and veggies I have on hand.

  2. My favourite easy meal is Confederate Pot Roast (Beef, onion, carrots, mushrooms). Done up in the crockpot!

  4. Quesadillas of all types and sizes are our go to meal. They are great for cleaning out whatever is in the fridge.

  5. I like to make baked chicken breasts with herbs. I put long grain wild rice on the side.

  10. I mix a jar of spaghetti sauce with Philly Italian Cooking cream. Then enjoy a delicious twist on plain old spaghetti. Delicious!

  11. My quick goto meal is omlettes with what ever I have to use up in the fridge.
    I pull out all the ingredients and the kids get a kick out of choosing which ingredients they want. Add some wheat toast and fruit and dinner is done,

  12. I love grilling out and making Bacon Cheeseburgers by using a small patty and then placing the bacon, and cheese on top. Then add another small patty on top and placing them together. Then when we place them on the grill the cheese and bacon will be hiding inside and when your dinner guest bite into it they won't know what hit them. Very delicious! I like serving my "special" corn on the cob, and side salad with it.

  13. My favorite easy dinner choice is tacos. I could eat them several times a week, but my husband likes variety!

  14. I like steaks. They take just a few minutes to season and grill. I usually pair them with mashed potatoes and a veggie. All super fast and easy.

  17. I like pizza for an easy dinner. One of the easiest ways I make it is 'pizza muffins'…get english muffins, cut in half, top with sauce, cheese, and toppings, and pop in the oven until cheese is melted to your taste. They're soo good and fun to make too!

  20. I kind of need this advice in a hurry. do you think you can pan fry with this crumb mix. I have very thin pork scaloppine and need to pan fry.
