I am still trying to get my head around the fact that it’s the middle of November! Anyone else wondering how the days have passed so fast?!
There are a lot of people (including me), pulling out their recipes, to start their holiday baking. I had a bit of a head start, since last week I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! sent me a culinary kit to push me in the right direction. Included in the kit was a packet of recipes, one of which was a cookie recipe, which I tweaked for our family, and seriously it is chocolate overload .
After making and indulging in the cookie recipe, I headed over to http://www.icantbelieveitsnotbutter.com/Recipes/. Where I found a whole slough of recipes on there that I added to my ‘must try’ list.
Tonight I’ll be participating in I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Better for You Holiday Entertaining Taste & Tweet – from 7-9 pm CST. Come by Twitter and join me and the other participants.
