What’s the secret to hosting a stress-free holiday gathering? A slow cooker.
Introducing “Holiday Slow Cooker,” a time-saving cookbook featuring easy and delicious recipes for a year of hassle-free celebrations.
It’s never been easier to craft perfect holiday dinners without breaking a sweat… like this Pork Loin with Wine Sauce for New Year’s Day (or even for ‘any’ day, like I made it!)
INGREDIENTS |
Place the pork tenderloin, soup packet, water, wine and soy sauce in the slow cooker (in that order). Roll the tenderloin around to coat it in the other ingredients. Spread the minced garlic over the top and add a few grinds of pepper. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches between 155°F and 160°F. Remove and let sit, covered, for 15 minutes before slicing. |
With recipes for appetizers, entrees, sides and desserts …(these Liberty Square Brownies were delicious and worth every calorie!)
You’ll have each holiday covered from Easter and Mother’s Day to Thanksgiving and Hanukkah—“Holiday Slow Cooker” will quickly become an indispensable part of your holiday traditions.
“Holiday Slow Cooker” by Jonnie Downing is available now for pre-order and will be released on November 13th. If you love cooking with your Slow Cooker, I think you’ll find plenty of mouthwatering recipes for your holiday prep in this book.

Tammy Litke, literally writes here, there and everywhere about this, that and everything, but her passion is and always has been keeping her family happy. She does so by making family friendly recipes, traveling to family destinations, watching 3D movies and playing video games with them and homeschooling her daughter.
