I was able to incorporate both the Rosmarino (Extra Virgin Olive Oil Stone Ground with Rosemary) and the Al Caffè (Extra Virgin Olive Oil Stone Ground with Coffee Beans).
I added some of the Rosmarino to my minced garlic that I was using in my lasagana. It was an amazing combination, that once mixed with the beef really brought the herb flavor out.
Olive oil with a coffee flavor? Where have you been all my life?! Just as delicious as it sounds, I used this to bake with. I have to say while I love coffee, I was a bit perplexed at first what to do with it because I wanted to do something on a smaller scale thinking my husband wouldn’t care for it. I have a quick and easy Chocolate Mug Cake that I make in the microwave that calls for olive oil, and thought it would be yum with that.
It. Was. Wonderful. I will now use this often to replace the regular oil in brownies and chocolate cakes. I LOVED IT so much!
