Amber and Hubby ♥ Macaroni and Cheese. They would eat it every night if I made it for them. Suffice it to say we eat it frequently in our home, but this mom often gets tired of it ☺.
We recently received the opportunity to try Farm Rich’s Mozzarella Bites. Perfect as an appetizer OR as a side to say Mac and Cheese (lol!). What a palatable pairing to make that plain dish a little less boring!
I made mine in the oven, but they’re microwaveable too, which makes them super easy to prepare for lunch, after school snacks or when you teenager’s freinds drop in all claiming they’re starved. Since I’m not a big milk drinker, I appreciate the fact that they’re a good source of calcium also!
