Summer Fashion at Grapevine Mills #SummerSizzle #HeardItThru

You all are going to come to realize that I’m going to be talking a lot about Grapevine, TX on my blog.  Living so close to a city that offers so much means that I’m driving over there a lot to play, and eat, and shop!  This past week I was able to attend a gratis blogger reception at Grapevine Mills, a Simon Outlet Mall, to see a preview of the hottest summer fashions, hence the #SummerSizzle .

It’s great fun when you can invite a friend too, and my guest and I were treated to tasty fare provided by Cozymel’s restaurant.  I should have taken pictures of the food, but quite honestly I was stuffing my face being a good hostess to the guest I brought along.  Check out their website and if you live near a location or are traveling to one of the cities they are in, be sure to try them out.

I did manage to curb my appetite long enough to take a picture of the delicious brownies that were served along with the glass of red wine I was poured to complement it.

We were allowed a good amount of time to socialize with our guests and fellow bloggers, and then we were treated to a fashion show at Neiman Marcus Last Call to see the fashion styles that are popular this season.

So you can see the #SummerSizzle is all about pink, black & white, crossbody bags and wedges & espradilles (which I LOVE since I’m so short!).
I’m really partial to the dress in Look #2 although being so tiny, it’s hard for me to find Maxi Dresses that fit properly.  I also really like the Jacket in Look #3.
