We never did get a chance to see “Chimpanzee” in the theater, and so I’m excited for the release of the Blu-ray Combo Pack (Blu-ray & DVD) release of this documentary on August 21, 2012.

In addition to the story of Oscar, the Blu-ray Combo Pack is filled with bonus features some of which include a behind-the-scene look at the filmmakers’ as they shot the footage, the McClain Sisters music video “Rise”, information on Disney’s conservations legacy and more!
