On The Ranch

Right about the time this post was published, I’m in the air somewhere over the Beef Belt. 

This city slicker is being shown where our beef comes from courtesy of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association.

I’ll be visiting a Feed Yard today, and a Calf/Cow Operation tomorrow.  But it’s not just a tour, I’m being told that I’ll be pitching right in with the ranchers and doing some work!  I’m even getting some “ranch boots” (read knee high rubber boots, NOT cowboy boots LOL!), so I guess I’ll be getting the “real” experience! 

I’ll also get treated to dinner at a cattle rancher’s home, visit the Nebraska Beef Council and get to interact with other influencers and experts.

I’m sure I’ll have plenty of stories, pictures and videos to share with you all when I come back.

So while I’m “On The Ranch” keep my blog warm for me will ya?
