Is it just me, or is one of the hardest things to do when making lunch every day for your kids is coming up with new ideas? I feel like I get in a rut where week after week it’s the same old thing. That’s the beauty of eMeals (by the way, I’m part of the eMeals Blogger Network and so I get complimentary meal plans to try out and if I like what I try I can share it with you…like the graham crackers in this post!).
Whether it’s lunch, snacks, breakfast, dinner…classic meals, clean eating, or crockpot meals – eMeals will help you get out of a rut of either making the same thing week after week and giving you meal plans and grocery lists to change up the humdrum.
Since it’s back to school for many of us this month, they’ve got a special running to get a FREE 31 Days of Snacks calendar with any new eMeals plan right now (you can access it by clicking on the banner below, and it is an affiliate link so if you happen to subscribe, I’ll get a little $$ back, so thank you!). PLUS if you subscribe to a new plan you can use the discount code SCHOOL15 for 15% off!
And in those snack ideas you’ll find things like this:
Nutella Dipped Graham Crackers
Dip graham crackers in chocolate hazelnut spread and sprinkle lightly with wheat germ (I used ground flaxseed). Serve with milk for a little calcium and extra dairy for the day!
No complaints about this snack here, my husband actually ate two of them, and proclaimed it a very tasty way to eat flaxseed!
eMeals has a FREE printable kit for you also. This PDF includes a Back to School Checklist, Lunch Notes, and a FREE week of their lunch meal plan with a shopping list.
So what are you waiting for? If you want you want to be excited about packing and making lunches again, check out eMeals for Back to School.
I agree that coming up with ideas is the hardest part of lunch making. Great use of flax seed.
Nutella is one of my favorite newer discoveries. I like it and so do my family…great for breakfast or snacks.
These look delish. I don't know why I've never thought to pair these.
Nutella and graham crackers are two of my kids' favorite foods. Love that the flax seed sneaks in some omega-3s and fiber!
Why do those have to look so good and then you sprinkle on flax seed and make it all appealing from a health standpoint which negates the fact there's Nutella on there and then I want every cracker on that plate.
How was that for run-on sentence?
those look tasty I'd love to give them a try
You had me at Nutella!!!! Yum!
I love Nutella. Funny how when I was reading your article there was a commercial for Nutella on TV. I wonder if that is a message to me that I should go make some of these….
My daughter discovered how much she likes Nutella, now I barely get any. Guess that is a diet trick in it's own way… but I don't like it much.
That is such a good idea to add ground flaxseed. I agree that it can be hard to come up with new ideas. I'll have to try this with my boys, they eat nutella like it's going out of style!
Oh yum! What a clever and easy treat!
You had me at Nutella!
I think it looks wonderful! Flax is so good and Nutella is food of the Gods!
Great idea! I have all the ingredients for this in my kitchen right now!
Those look scrumptious!
This looks seriously yummy! I love Nutella.
Oh hello, I would like some of those right now lol Will definitely be checking the site out.
Those look super simple and something my children would totally devour.
I'm going to have to try this!
Ground Flaxseed is a wonderful idea to use with the hazelnut chocolate for these cookies. I am sure they are delicious!
