Substitute a meal with this Mango Vanilla Protein Smoothie. It’s a sweet slurp that is part drink and part dessert! For a fun twist, freeze the blend into an ice pop mold.

INGREDIENTS
4 oz. frozen mango chunks
¾ cup almond milk
2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 Tbsp Coconut yogurt (or flaked coconut)
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the frozen mango, milk, protein powder and yogurt/coconut in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. If you’d like it a bit thicker add ice and blend again. Serve immediately.
I use a Ninja Auto-IQ Blender to make my smoothies and shakes in. If you like this Mango Vanilla Protein Smoothie, another great meal replacement recipe I have is a Vanilla Nut Protein Shake.
