Holman Ranch kindly sent me a bottle of their 2013 .5º Brix Estate Off-dry Pinot Gris to try. This light, has the flavor profile of under-ripe peaches and a modest sweetness, and it finishes clean without any lingering flavors. While I just drank it in the evening, it pairs well with a light meal or something spicy. As all the wines on the Holman Ranch Vineyards their Pinot Gris is organically and sustainably grown.
