The No. 1 Animated Feature Film of All Time, Disney’s Frozen 2 is now available on Digital and on 4K Ultra HD™, Blu-ray™ and DVD. Your kids will be thrilled with this and will happily binge-watch Frozen 2 in their pajamas all day. The great thing about having a digital copy is that you can load it up on the tablet so the kids can watch it on the go.
In “Frozen 2,” the answer to why Elsa was born with magical powers is calling her and threatening her kingdom. Together with Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven, she sets out on a dangerous but remarkable journey. In“Frozen,” Elsa feared her powers were too much for the world. In the highly anticipated sequel, she must hope they are enough.
The story will warm even the chilliest of hearts, although personally I found Frozen 2 to have a more complex story than it’s original debut. Of course it has teachable moments for the whole family (adults too!). Don’t fear what’s different, embrace it.
The new physical details like hair styles and outfits add to the idea that you know that the characters have grown-up some since the last movie. But the characters with their own silly charm, are just as, if not more, fun this time around. Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff and Sven, along with endearing new ones as well.
One delights in Kristoff’s music performance of “Lost in the Woods,” with scenes that harken to a late 1980’s music video. The Frozen 2 soundtrack has over 1.5M global album adjusted units, with additional Gold and Platinum certifications in Japan, Korea, Philippines, China, Germany, UK and Canada.
On a technical note every frame is amazing and it’s worth watching the Did You Know??? extra to see just how much epic-ness it took to created this animated feature.
