Even though I try REALLY hard, I know that my family doesn’t eat right a lot of the time. Most people need 25 to 30 grams of dietary fiber each day, but most of us get only 12 to 15 grams a day. Fiber is typically associated with regularity, but fiber is also important for overall digestive and full-body health.
I recently received a full bottle of FiberChoice product for my family to use. My husband has actually used these for a number of years every day. It’s a great way for him to get supplemental fiber because he’s not one to eat fruits and veggies, and he doesn’t eat a lot of whole grains either. He loves the way they taste (especially the orange flavored ones) and that they are easy to chew. These are by far in our opinion the easiest way to take a fiber supplement since you don’t have to mix it with water or a beverage.
• The main ingredient in FiberChoice tablets inulin, the same healthy fiber found naturally in many fruits and vegetables. Inulin is “prebitoic,” which means it nourishes the friendly, “good” bacteria in the digestive system.
FiberChoice is available in four formulas: FiberChoice original formula; FiberChoice Weight Management; FiberChoice Plus Calcium and FiberChoice Plus Antioxidants. The flavor varieties include orange, pomegranate, assorted berries, strawberry, sugar-free orange medley, and sugar-free assorted fruit. Available in 10, 90 and 220 count bottles (look for those at your warehouse stores!) from $2.49 to $19.99.

I just got these the other day–the ones with Calcium. They are easy to chew and go down nicely. The flavors are not too bad either. I would recommend these.
