BBQ Beef Nachos
  • 12 oz bag of White Corn Tortilla Chips
  • 1 lb of ground beef, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 oz of applewood smoked bacon, cooked and chopped
  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1½ cups of shredded 4 Cheese Mexican Blend
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil or silicone and spread chips out on it.
  3. In a bowl stir together beef, bacon and BBQ sauce.
  4. Spread beef mixture evenly over top of chips.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
