BBQ Beef Nachos
- 12 oz bag of White Corn Tortilla Chips
- 1 lb of ground beef, cooked and crumbled
- 6 oz of applewood smoked bacon, cooked and chopped
- ¾ cup BBQ sauce
- 1½ cups of shredded 4 Cheese Mexican Blend
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil or silicone and spread chips out on it.
- In a bowl stir together beef, bacon and BBQ sauce.
- Spread beef mixture evenly over top of chips.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
