Label Daddy Review & Giveaway

It's almost cruise time, and that means packing and unpacking and packing again!  With all the little things we'll need, I want to be sure that should we lose misplace them, and a kind soul finds them, we'll get them back.  This is where the handiness of Label Daddy comes in.

I make encourage Amber to label the things that she takes with her places for two reasons.  1. Many of her friends have the same things she does (iPod, Nintendo DS etc) in the same colors and 2. If it does make its way to the lost and found hopefully someone will see the name on it and return it.

Really there are still good people out there, but if your item isn't labeled, how can they return it?  So with the Camp Pack of labels that I received from Label Daddy last week, we've been busy sticking them on lots of different things.

Oh yes, and how appropriate is it to be labeling her things for our Disney cruise with Mickey Mouse?!  That's right Label Daddy has license to use many different Disney characters on their labels.  From Buzz Lightyear to Minnie Mouse both boys and girls (young and old alike!) will find a Disney toon they will want to label all their stuff with.  (Ahem, Label Daddy, we did notice that Stitch was missing, what's up with that?).

Kids love seeing their names all over everything, and if it has a favorite character on it even more so.  What a great gift to put in their Easter baskets (hurry Easter's next week), so they can get ready to label all their paraphernalia they want to take to the park or beach before summer.

We did not stop with things for our trip though.  Because not long after we come back, Amber will be attending Music Camp where she will need to have a sack lunch each day.  No need for her to worry about her Oreos mysteriously being taken now.  The Bag Labels have a spot for you to put your phone number in (you will see it where I blocked it out).

And then there will be Girl Scout Camp.  We've only scratched the surface of things to label for that.  Sleeping Bags, pillow, mess kit, dunk bag, (you know I think I'll make sure the wet shoes don't get labeled, not sure if I actually want those coming home), sunscreen, mosquito spray, eyeglass case.... yeah, you get the picture.  In addition to the Bag Labels, and Mini Labels that you see we also got these sizes as well!

Speaking of camp you can save 20% on your order from Label Daddy by using the code SUMMERFUN at check out!  Shipping is $5.95 anywhere in the US or Canada.

Camp Pack has 152 laminated labels in each pack/$50.00 (USD)
A must for all campers....TONS OF LABELS, TONS OF FUN.  The Label Daddy Camp Pack includes six different label sizes which will assist campers in labeling ALL of their belongings from clothing, to shoes, bags, sports bottles, toiletries, books, and more.  PLUS, all the Camp Pack come already laminated.  This unique extra level of protection will eliminate any fading caused by the chemicals in various sunscreens and lotions; a must for any camper's labels.  Camp Packs can be customized with our 17 color choices, 6 fonts, and 40+ icons.  Peel and stick washable labels.  Made in the USA!

Don't raise your eyebrows at the price either.  Sit down with a calculator and figure out how much all that stuff you're sending your kid to camp is worth.  Uh huh, now imagine they come home with only 1/2 of it because it got lost, or exchanged with someone else's or yes, even stolen.  Somehow $50 (and 152 is A LOT of labels) doesn't seem so pricey anymore.

One of the best things I thought about Label Daddy labels is that they are laminated, no worrying if they get wet they won't smudge or peel.  Washable labels, now there's a concept!

Thanks to Label Daddy, I've got one set of Large All Purpose Labels for 1 lucky reader!!

Well with two girls and one boy and trying to please everyone I'd really like the dinosaur or either one of the crosses.
