Do You Want to Know How To Never Look Fat Again? (Giveaway)
Then you need to check out How To Never Look Fat Again authored by Charla Krupp (Springboard Press). It's a valuable tool to learn how to assess your body type and the clothes that will instantly make you look your slimmest.
No one likes dieting, which is why this book is so great, with over 1,000 tips, it will have you going through your closet, removing all those "high fat" clothes and make you confident when you shop to choose the "no fat" clothes, the ones that look best on you, and make you look like you are ten pounds lighter.
We all have at least one "target" are we want to hide, whether it's the Muffin Top, Back Fat or the Heavy Calves (that's my problem), and Charla goes through the clothing racks to help you make the most of those problem areas allowing you to strut your stuff with no worries.
The book is very eye catching, laid out in a magazine format the pictures are glossy and better yet real. Real women, real bodies. Seeing is believing, and the before and after photos of the models, enforce that pieces, patterns and colors affect the way you look both good and bad. Charla was even bold enough to place a before and after photo of herself in the book!
I think that in the long run this book could save you some dough too. I know too often I've bought clothing on impulse, and even if the item was on sale was not happy with the purchase and should have returned it before the tags came off. Alas I wore it once maybe twice, and then it never saw beyond the doors of the closet again. What a waste. I am far more apt to even spend a bit more money on a piece that I know is going to get a lot of wear, and in the long run this book will save me money, because I already know now which types of items I should buy before I go shopping.
Some of Charla's suggestions sound harsh, but she's understanding. She asks you to add the tip to your WIMP (When I'm Mentally Prepared) list. In other words, she doesn't expect you to ditch your whole wardrobe at once, take baby steps if you need to. Although I admit, I'm not even able to add the getting rid of my Crocs to my WIMP list, I can handle the high fat on my feet ... lol.
So if you never want to ask the question "Does this ________ make me look fat?" again, then you may want to look into How Never To Look Fat Again.
Hachette Book Group is sponsoring a giveaway for three of my readers to receive Charla Krupp's How Never To Look Fat Again book for their own.
