Germs, Swine Flu and Staying Healthy

I hate germs. ICK. I'm never without hand sanitizer and I check for bedbugs whenever we stay in a hotel. Flu shots are a mandatory part of our fall schedule each year, and I try as hard as I can to keep my home germ free.

What about you all? When it comes to keeping your children healthy, what do you worry about the most?

Are germs a big concern for you, like they are for me? Do you teach your kids about preventing germ spread and if so how?

Are you worried about swine flu? Are you doing anything in your home to combat it?

Leave a comment let me know. I have a sponsor who is interested in your answers and may have some content to post about the above issues.

I'm not worried about swine flu, the statistics seem to suggest that it's not something to worry about; however, I have always been one to guard against germs and do keep my hand sanitizer handy and make a habit of washing my hands or sanitizing whenever handshakes, coughs or any of the like occur as soon as possible following...okay so this usually involves me running around the store like a mad woman looking for a bathroom or those hand sanitizer stations if I don't have my purse :D I currently have two relatives in the UK (I'm in the US) who have had and survived Swine Flu without issue so i'm slightly more optimistic about the whole thing I suppose.
