He’s Just Not That Into You Soundtrack Review

Vivid, is the thought that came to mind, as I listened to this soundtrack while doing my ironing!

The soulful sounds of Corinne Bailey Ray and James Morrison, mix with the alternative rock of My Morning Jacket.

Then of course for those of us over thirty, the nostalgic tunes like Don't You Want Me (The Human League) and Friday I'm In Love (The Cure), transport you to a different era.

Erin McCarley's catchy track; Love, Save the Empty is here and Scarlett Johansson sings a Last Goodbye. (Who knew she could sing?)

All in all I give this soundtrack a smiley face, if I can lose myself in ironing for an hour, and not notice how tedious it is, the music is doing it's job! Besides who doesn't want to listen to a mix of songs that includes one called "Fruit Machine"?

This soundtrack review was enabled by One2One Network and New Line Records.

Cool review. I am a movie soundtrack junkie. I sometimes buy soundtracks to movies I have never seen. Some of my favorite little hidden talent musicians I have via soundtracks. Some of my favorite songs are from movie soundtracks. Needless to say, I love this post and am going to buy this soundtrack now.

Thanks for this! I'm way into this soundtrack too, and Scarlett J. surprisingly sounded great. But my favorite song on here has gotta be Erin McCarley's "Love, Save the Empty." She just put so much meaning into her lyrics it's incredible.
