Give the Gift of Health & Flavor ♦ NutraSalt
I crave salt. I salt everything twice, which I know is not healthy for me.
According to Laura J. Lefkowitz, M.D. "Every major health study on hypertension conducted in the past five years points to high sodium as a top health problem in the U.S. Nutrasalt is quite interesting because it provides the perfect balance of sodium and potassium without increasing sugar and caloric intake. It really is a better salt."
Naturally high in potassium (which helps the body excrete excess sodium), and lower in sodium, NutraSalt is the smart choice. NutraSalt's propietary product is harvested from the Mediterranean region. Better yet, they come in a whole line of salts and seasonings that can replace common salt 1:1 in any recipe or on your dining table.
- Low Sodium Sea Salt
Seasoned Salt
Texas BBQ
Savory Garlic
Zesty Italian
Lemon Dill
Lemon Herbs
Robusto Adobo
Spicy Cajun
Bold Chipotle
African Medley
Asian Fusion
Classic Curry
In my opinion NutraSalt tasted just as good on my food as the regular salt we always use. If I had not been the one cooking, I would not have known the difference.
Knowing that heart disease runs in Hubby's family, I'm glad to have found something to reduce the sodium in our diets without feeling like me have to make a noticeable dietary change.
I'm also impressed with the line up of flavor salts NutraSalt has, as no matter what kind of ethnic background you are from, there seems to be a choice to use while cooking. I think they would enhance many meals, without the added sodium.
To learn more about the product visit www.nutrasalt.com. The website also features recipes, wellness information and details about the full line of NutraSalt products.
I received complimentary samples of NutraSalt Low Sodium Sea Salt, to formulate my own opinions for the purpose of this post.

I want to try this, it is impressive!
Hm...that Bold Chipotle sounds good... I'll have to check these out. I use salt on everything, and really it's just out of habit.
