Dracula Giveaway
With all the book reviews I do on my blog, I'm sure you've noticed I read a lot of different kinds of books.
I have not gotten into has been the Twilight series. Personally I just don't see the attraction of vampires.
That being said, a while ago, I won a package of books on someone else's blog from Hachette Book Group, containing a whole bunch of "spooky" books. One of the them was Bram Stoker's Dracula, with the foreward written by Elizabeth Kostova.
I am a bit "bitten" (sorry lol!), with classics though, and had never read that one, so knowing it was public domain, loaded up an e-book version of it on to my Sony PRS-600, that I received for my birthday from my wonderful hubby and parents, and proceeded to read it.
Quite honestly, it was not what I was expecting, and I quite enjoyed reading the journals and letters of Mina, Dr. Seward and Van Helsing, but not quite enough to want to read any more vampire tales (lol!).
