Grandpa Po's Originals - Review

I don't have any idea how a company can make soybeans and popcorn taste so good but Grandpa Po's has done it!

I can tell you when I stumbled upon this snack online, I was a little bit skeptical that it would actually be something I would want to eat. Of course I should have realized that with Rachel Ray featuring Grandpa Po's as the "Snack of the Day" on her show, that it would have to be pretty good.

Sure enough, as soon as this snack hit my lips, I was reaching for more.

Grandpa Po's Originals are manufactured in their own certified organic plant in Los Angeles, and are GMO, Trans Fat, Gluten and Peanut FREE! Containing Organic popcorn and organic soybeans, with absolutely no preservatives, you know your family is ingesting something that is "Better Than Food!" <-- That is Grandpa Po's original statement.

Grandpa Po's Originals come in two flavors: Slightly Unsalted (which is what I got to try) and Slightly Spicy. The Slightly Unsalted is delicious, and especially helpful if you are watching your sodium intake as one serving of this snack only has 1% of your daily sodium value.

The only thing that I could find negative about this snack is that I got some popcorn kernels stuck in my teeth, but really they need flossing anyway right?

The resealable 5oz bags retail for $3.29-$3.49 and are available online at Grandpapos and Amazon.

So if you are looking for a healthy alternative to junk food for your family, I suggest you give them a try. I'm sure you'll enjoy them too.
