Homemade Ice Cream? Me?

The idea of homemade ice cream is appealing - but then when I think about, sounds like an awful lot of work. (Although scooping really hard ice cream out of a container is hard work too sometimes!). I have in the past looked at making it on my own....but then the desire faded as I walked past the ice cream at the grocery store - or we went to Cold Stone Creamery. But check this baby out
