Put your feet up, it’s HALF TIME™ by Applegate and Giveaway

I don't know about you, but I've always had a problem with people wanting to know what's in my lunch.  From grade school to work places, I've had my Holly Hobby lunchbox to my brown paper sack pawed and gone through seeing if there was something in there worth offering a trade for or to mooch.

I think I've solved one of the problems.  That one being the lunch bag itself.  I figured if I disguised it in such a way to repel people rather to invite them, perhaps they would leave my lunch alone.

Meal Planner Review/Giveaway

A number of weeks ago a fellow local DFW blogger, Carrie, asked if I'd like to review one of her Meal Planners.  I was eager to do so because my meal planning skills of late have been dismal.  I even subscribe to an online meal planning service and haven't opened any of the e-mails in months!  It is the curse of being busy and trying to fit every minute of time into a summer that goes by too, too quickly.  But when we dropped Amber off at college, I knew that I needed to start meal planning again or we were destined to eat frozen dinners and canned beans for the next four years.
