Fiber One 90 Calorie Chewy Bars Giveaway

I always drink a glass of water before I eat anything. Usually I am just thirsty, so I don't end up having that snack or eating so much during meals.
I keep a food journal and I gave up diet soda about 5 years ago. It's a habit that was hard to break but I haven't looked back since.
I have replace soda and juices with just drinking water wih a splash of lime.

My best workout tip is to do it as soon as possible in the morning. I find that motivation wanes during the day. I also think a walking buddy is great.

Always eat breakfast within an hour of waking up.
I find that once I completely cut out sugar and carbs from my diet - the cravings for junk food goes away and the weight just drops off.

I make exercise a part of my day by breaking workouts into manageable pieces. With four kids I can't find an hour to myself but if I do pushups in the morning, situps during naps and run after dinner (for example) I get in a full workout.

I make a lowcarb diet shake every morning with sugarfree chocolate soymilk, slimfast choc. Optima and 1/3 cup eggbreaters. Its very filling.

To make things easier I plan my healthy dinners weekly that way I am sure to eat right.
Finding foods that are healthy and low in calories help me. It doesn't seem like dieting if I LIKE what I'm eatting!

I guess I couldn't say anything about weight management since I need to lose 100 lbs but I've been watching the calorie intake and finding fun ways to exercise like Wii Fit.

My best tip is to drink a full glass of water before every meal.
I drink very little soda (Dr. Pepper only... and only one per week) and instead drink much more milk (great form of calcium) and tons of water.
