Fiber One 90 Calorie Chewy Bars Giveaway

Was one of your New Year resolutions to eat healthier?  How's that going for you?  I know some of you are saying, pretty good, and others are hanging their heads in shame (I'm somewhere between the two of those, lol!).

Well when it comes to fiber intake Fiber One products have tasty ways to achieve that nutritional goal.

The Fiber One 90 Calorie Chewy Bars are a yummy way to curb that afternoon hunger pang in a healthy way.  Coming in both chocolate and chocolate peanut butter varieties, they would also make a great addition to your child's lunch.

Recently, we were given the opportunity to review Fiber One's 90 Calorie Chewy Bars in the chocolate flavor through MyBlogSpark.  We really loved the taste and it reminded us so much of the chocolate puffed wheat cake my mother-in-law used to make.  The Fiber One 90 Calorie Chewy Bars only have 2.5 grams of fat per serving, which makes them a smart snack choice.

In addition, each serving is packed with five grams of fiber (20 percent of the daily recommended fiber intake, according to the Institute of Medicine).  So if you need a bit of help sticking to your weight management plan, you may want to have some of these on hand.

One lucky reader will win a Gift Pack from Fiber One (provided through MyBlogSpark), that includes a sample of the new Fiber One 90 Calorie Chocolate Chewy Bars and some great items to help you stick to your weight management plan.

To enter the giveaway leave a comment letting me know how you make weight management a little bit easier or some of the workout tips you've found work best.

I eat what I feed my children which helps me to make healthier decisions. I also chase toddlers all day for exercise. :)

I always drink a glass of water before I eat anything. Usually I am just thirsty, so I don't end up having that snack or eating so much during meals.

I keep a food journal and I gave up diet soda about 5 years ago. It's a habit that was hard to break but I haven't looked back since.

My best workout tip is to do it as soon as possible in the morning. I find that motivation wanes during the day. I also think a walking buddy is great.

I make exercise a part of my day by breaking workouts into manageable pieces. With four kids I can't find an hour to myself but if I do pushups in the morning, situps during naps and run after dinner (for example) I get in a full workout.

February 6, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterHeather

I eat several fruits a day and drink plenty of water!

I drink very little soda (Dr. Pepper only... and only one per week) and instead drink much more milk (great form of calcium) and tons of water.
