The Montenegro Method - 21 Days to a Healthier Life

Whether you travel for business or pleasure, jet setting has its drawbacks.  Two of the first things that are neglected when traveling are exercise and diet, especially if you have a good routine going at home.  I personally don't enjoy using hotel fitness rooms, and I know I don't eat properly when away from home.  One way that you can help keep yourself on track with eating and exercise habits are Marta Montenegro's recently released DVDs and Diet Guide.

The set of three DVDs called 'The Montenegro Method' are easy to pack in a carryon, and since the workouts take only 21 minutes or less to do, you don't have to worry about not having enough time to do them.  If you have a laptop, or a portable DVD player you're good to go, since there is no other equipment required.

To keep in check regarding your nutrition, the MM21 Diet Guide has over 60 meals and gives lots of variations to choose from, when eating out.  It's small enough to fit into your handbag too.

I've been using these DVDs and they definitely will help you stay in shape while you're at home or on the go.  I like that they're quick to do, but still give you a work out.  I had no trouble following along with the DVDs, even the first time I used them, and going through the reps isn't tedious or tiring.

Between the three DVDs there is enough variety that you won't get bored using them.  Each of them targets a different need, Toning, Fat Burning and Metabolism, so if there is a specific goal that you are trying to achieve, you can focus more on that DVD for a while if you like.

As the description states, you don't need to use any additional equipment with them, but when at home, a pair of hand weights will help you see results faster.

The DVD extras include tips from leading experts in the beauty, nutrition and fashion industries, as well as mini-workouts with top pro tennis players.
