Being homeschoolers we eat lunch at home every day, and with school being out soon I thought I'd share one of our favorite lunches, a twist on the regular grilled cheese - but it's still quick and simple to make...and kids love it!

Every time I see a recipe that requires me to whisk something, I groan a bit inside. It has something to do with the fact that I hugely lack in upper body strength, and after a few twirls around the bowl my arms are tired. Sad, I know!
So when I was sent these Good Cook Touch Whisks to review as part of the Good Cook Touch Hunt, I was hoping that they would make whisking easier...
I don't know how you all are doing with the New Year's resolutions, but I suspect some of you have fallen of the band wagon with me. I was doing really well until the other night when we had a house showing over the dinner hour, so we went out to eat. Granted the food was really good, and I enjoyed not cleaning up my kitchen afterward but my decision making on the menu had something to be desired ;) .

In July, Kraft Foods will be launching an interactive microsite on www.Outstandwich.com that will act as a virtual trip around the country, as we search of the best regional sandwiches. Some of the sandwiches will be inspired by the Kraft Kitchen Experts, but others are coming straight from bloggers (and I'm sure you've seen some posts up for these already) and their readers (hoping I’ve got your attention now! )
I was so excited to be able to participate in the Black & Decker Ultimate Sandwich Campaign. I thought I would pick my mom's brain for ideas for tasty sandwich creations when we visited at Easter, but it was actually a 'crisp bread' snack that I had there that inspired my sandwich. This small round snack was infused with raisins, almonds and rosemary.
