Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse

A couple of weeks ago I had shared that I was part of a Mom Central campaign testing out the new Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse.

It's kind of a Crest/Oral Health Care themed day on my blog!

Visiting the dentist twice a year, flossing and brushing teeth are all a regular part of our oral health care regimen around here.  And up until just recently I thought that was good enough.  I mean really what else can you do?

I haven't ever really struggled with horrible morning breath (I can probably down a large animal after a few cups of coffee however...), so never really have been big on the whole "mouth wash" thing.  Little did I know that not all of the rinses were for freshening breath only.
