Who doesn’t want a perfect body? And by perfect I mean perfect for you. Sure the title of this book by Venice A. Fulton, implies rail thing or model size, but really it means, don’t look at other people and say “I wish I looked like that,” but rather; do something about it.
This is no ordinary “diet” book. For one it uses plain English, so you get it. It tells you to forget about the tables, charts, percentages or BMI. Many ideas in this book will be new and controversial. You’ll be working up your body and mind to a new way of thinking.
The book focuses on 5 main areas:
1 – LOSE FAT
2 – GET TONED
3 – SLIM DOWN YOUR THIGHS
4 – FLATTEN YOUR BELLY
5 – KEEP YOUR SKIN, HAIR AND NAILS GROWING
Six Weeks to OMG shows you that everyone can achieve those areas.
Now I can’t speak to the claims in the book yet because I haven’t worked at it for six weeks but it states; “In 6 weeks, you can lose between 10 and 20 pounds of fat. Not weight.” So if you apply the ideas of the book, you will lose fat at the rate of 3.5 pounds every week. (pg. 24 from Six Weeks to OMG.)
There are 3 levels to get you where YOU want to be, the principles stay the same. To lose more, some things obviously need to be tougher.
