Oneida Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl Set

Gift Guide Pick

Yesterday was the one day I had planned to have guests in this month, and wouldn't you know it...a blizzard warning!  But you know I took advantage of being inside all day and spent some of it in my kitchen cooking and baking,  and I got good use out of my Oneida Stainless Steel Mixing Bowls.

This three piece mixing bowl set is a steal at just $22.99 (regularly $65!).  It includes a 5 qt, 3 qt and 2 qt bowl, that all nest inside each other to save storage space.  It's made of quality stainless steel, and is dishwasher safe, although it's recommended that you handwash.  I've done both, and really they come out fine from the dishwasher, but they are easy to hand wash as well.

In the 16 years I've been married this is the first "real" set of mixing bowls I've owned.  And if you read my blender story on the 'unwrap attack' post, you might wonder why I have these in a gift guide.

Seriously, these are some of my newest favorite items in my home.  I love these bowls.  I use them several times a week, and not just for baking.  Since they match my appliances so well, I can leave them out on the counter daily, so I often fill the 2 qt one up with fruit!  Modern and functional decorating!

I highly recommend the Oneida Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl set to anyone looking for a new set, or for a wedding/shower/engagement or housewarming gift.  They would also make a great gift for the 'cook/baker/foodie' on your list.
