Marvel’s The Avengers

It looks like we’re going to be headed to the theaters a lot this year! On our list of movies to see are John Carter, The Hunger Games, Mirror Mirror and Marvel’s The Avengers.

I’m looking forward to The Avengers quite honestly because I like me some Robert Downey Jr. … But really Captain America, Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Hawkeye and Black Widow all in one movie – now that’s action packed! Add to that it is written and directed by my favorite Joss Whedon (oh Firefly how I miss thee…) and I am so there opening week (oh which by the way is May 4)

STORY

When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury, Director of the international peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. Spanning the globe, a daring recruitment effort begins.

Hmm…Iron Man or Thor….that’s tough….
