Learn How to Have Better Vision

I have been wearing glasses for more than 25 years.  I still remember the first pair I got.  I was astonished at how well I could see.  My first statement when coming home from the optometrist was:  “Mom, look that sign says ‘Stop’”.  Oh I remember how guilty my mom felt, but I never complained that I couldn’t see, because I didn’t know any differently it was how I thought everyone saw the world.

Taking a cue from that life learning lesson, and the fact that my husband also wears glasses, it was a priority for us to make sure that our daughter had her vision checked at a young age too.  It was no surprise that when she was 7 we were told that she also needed glasses.

Having your vision checked is an important part of staying healthy.  Your lifestyle and habits may mean that that a specialized lens might be more beneficial to you.  Having the correct lenses allows you to see life in “HD” so to speak.  Zeiss is a company that has always been at the forefront of technology advances in their lenses, recognizing that your eyes and hence your vision, is unique to you.

To find out more about how you can have better-vision visit Zeiss.com/educational-tools/.  There are resources about vision and lenses, selecting an optometrist, what you should ask when you go for an eye exam and things to know about vision changes as you age.

I received a thank you gift for sharing this information with you from MomSelect and Zeiss.
