Big G Retro Give Away

We’ve been purging in our home lately, and as we were digging through the depths of plastic tote bins, the musty smell of the 80’s assaulted our noses. If someone told me that something good from the 80’s was coming back, I wouldn’t have seen it working, it almost never does.

But I’m finding myself occupied with the Big G cereals and Atari’s ‘Retro’ roots, with classic packaging on the boxes and video games like Asteroids, Missile Command, and Centipede. Uh-Oh! Just when I thought I was catching up with the real world. The nostalgia is too strong to ignore, so I’m just giving in!

You can collect five packages of Big G Cereal which include the varieties: Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, Honey Nut Cheerios, Cheerios and Cocoa Puffs. Each of them have Atari Activities on the back of each box and are available only at Target stores through mid-March.

Atari is celebrating their 40th Anniversary this year (who knew they were even older than me!?!). If you want to test and challenge your kids! to Asteroids, click over to GrocerySavvy.com, and while you’re there enter a sweepstakes for Target gift cards and Atari Merchandise.

Disclosure: The prize pack, information, and giveaway have been provided by General Mills, Atari and Target through MyBlogSpark.

Giveaway!

One reader is going to win a cool Retro Prize Pack.

It includes 2 boxes of participating Big G cereals (may be different than those shown in the photo), A $10 Target gift card and A free download for "Atari 80 Classic Games In 1".
